Voluntary Supplemental Life InsuranceAll employees have the option to purchase $50,000 of Supplemental Life Insurance, offered by Standard of Oregon Insurance. Supplemental Life Insurance is also available starting at $10,000 for spouse and $2,000 for children. DENTAL INSURANCEChoose any dentist you prefer.
VISION
VOLUNTARY SHORT-TERM DISABILITYVoluntary Short-Term Disability Insurance is available through Prudential Insurance for total disability. Coverage is 70% of weekly base earnings to a maximum of $1000 per week for up to 26 weeks. PROFIT SHARING/401(k)Employees who meet eligibility requirements will be enrolled in the Profit Sharing Plan and may elect to enroll in the 401(k) Retirement Plan. Based on annual profits, discretionary funds are disbursed into the Profit Sharing Plan and allocated to all eligible employees' accounts based on annual compensation. Employees may elect to contribute pre-tax wages up to the annual IRS maximum to Ryan Herco's 401(k) Retirement Plan. Ryan Herco matches 50% of employee contributions up to a maximum of 4% of employee earnings. Employees may direct the investments of their accounts among several investment funds.
