Ryan Herco Flow Solutions and the European Union Directives

The European Union's (EU) release of Directive 2002/95/EC for The Restriction Of The Use Of Certain Hazardous Substances In Electrical And Electronic Equipment (commonly referred to as RoHS) and Directive 2002/96/EC on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (commonly referred to as WEEE) has led to many of our customers requesting compliance information from Ryan Herco Flow Solutions on the items purchased from us.

Being a nationally recognized, leading distributor for the many world class product lines we carry presented a logistical problem with regard to the RoHS and WEEE compliance issue. Ryan Herco Flow Solutions has begun to gather the compliance status for the products that we provide you. Given the sheer number of customer and product permutations we face (over a hundred product lines from more than 400 vendors and tens of thousands of end customers), we have created a page for you to self-service your specific RoHS and WEEE requirements.

By following the link below you will see a list of the different product families that we provide with the different vendors shown alphabetically beneath. Locate the product family in question (e.g. Pumps) and then click on the vendor(s) that manufacture the items requiring certification. You can download and save the appropriate vendor letter in Adobe PDF format. If you are unsure about which vendor(s) to select, contact your Ryan Herco Flow Solutions Service Center for assistance. Our Customer Service personnel can work with you to quickly determine which vendors you are looking for and get you on your way.

If a particular vendor does not have a link, then we do not have information regarding their products' compliance status. Check back frequently since we update the page as additional vendor information is received.
